Role and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, ensuring quality and consistency.

3. Social Media and Branding:
- Build and maintain a strong social media presence, engaging with the target audience.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
4. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Develop strategies to generate and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
5. Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
6. Initiative Launch and Promotion:
- Manage the launch of new initiatives, creating promotional materials and planning events.
- Apply for relevant industry awards and handle public relations programs.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
8. Team Management:
- Lead and supervise the marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring task delegation.
- Assess ROI for marketing initiatives and maintain budget coordination.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the tech services industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Familiarity with the SMB tech services market in India is advantageous.
