Marketing Manager – Surgical Technologies
Urgently looking for Marketing Manager with a MNC into Medical Devices into their Surgical Technologies business.
Position Title - Marketing Manager – Surgical Technologies
Main Purpose:
- This is a strategic position with responsibility for meeting marketing goals through the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provides leadership and directs campaigns and programs to achieve the desired product/ model mix for the business. Coordinate, channelize and focus the actions of all personnel, local partners and business associates towards realizing targeted objectives.
- Responsible for strategizing, developing and implementing marketing plans& campaigns, designing communication strategy and managing budgets around the same.
- Responsible for the Market Intelligence related to the business vertical. This includes data analysis of market data for trends on product usage across regions/ customers, competitor market shares etc. and suggest strategy changes required to counter changes suggested by the data.
- Participate in International meeting and training programs and share ideas and information with colleagues and peers worldwide.
Experience and Knowledge:
- 12 plus years of Experience in Marketing / marketing concepts
- Experienced in Visualizing breakthrough Strategic Initiatives
- Experience of Driving Change management initiatives
- Should be handling multiple product lines in a Capital Equipment/Medical Device/Diagnostic Company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Science / BE in Biomedical Engineering / B.Pharma / MBBS
- PG degree in Business Management from Top B School
