1. Designation : Marketing manager - Steel Slag Conditioner

2. Experience : About 3-4 Yrs experience in Steel Plants SMS division

3. Qualification: B. Tech Metallurgy only

4. Key Points : Strong understanding of Steel Making/SMS/Secondary steel making inters of plant/operations/Technical/Process etc and application of Various Slag Conditioners (namely Calcium Acuminate, Briquette, High Al Slag conditioners etc) in Steel making.

- Understanding of impact/savings by use of such slag conditioner in steel making - inters of Aluminum use reduction, slag chemistry, Steel properties enhancement etc

- Knowledge of chemistry and processes in secondary steel making. Cost of inputs of all processes.

- Good Communication is highly essential.

- Shall drive the Steel slag Conditioner Marketing actions for Runaya. Hence is expected to travel atleast 15-20 days in a month to various steel plants to ensure effective execution of marketing efforts resulting into obtaining successful orders, trials at Steel plants & building a long term customer base
