Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our SaaS platform. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with company objectives.
Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
2. Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of compelling and targeted content for various channels (website, blog, social media, email) to showcase the platform's value proposition.
Collaborate with the content team to develop whitepapers, case studies, and other materials to support lead generation.
3. Digital Marketing:
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
Optimize online presence to increase traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
4. Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
5. Brand Management:
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive brand assets.
6. Lead Generation:
Implement lead generation strategies and tactics to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
7. Event Coordination:
Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and engage with potential clients.
8. Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
6. Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
7. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Specially in Hubspot)
