About our Client - Our client is a leading hair salon chain headquartered in France. Their global footprint spreads across 18 countries with 350 outlets. They launched their first Salon in France in the early 80's and since then have diversified their business line in launching their 100% organic hair and skin products. With strong expansion plans in India across cities they are currently looking out for a Marketing Manager to drive their business initiatives
Job Description - Reporting into the India CEO your core responsibilities will entail:
- Driving the Social Media marketing for the company and enhancing customer engagement with the brand.
- Devising and implementing PR strategy for the brand, working in close association with fashion magazines for shoots, launch events etc.
- Developing ATL communication, media planning and buying towards promoting brand values, and increasing affinity for the brand
- Working on regular MIS, interactions with sales, finance and operations team for ensuring timely marketing activities
- Devising, ideating and executing BTL activities to increase brand visibility and footfalls
- Designing and promoting special festive packages, service offerings and gifting and referral programs.
- Increasing ticket size through In-salon Promotions
- Designing and implementing the Customer Loyalty Program for the chain
The Successful Candidate - You are a graduate with 3-6 years of post qualification experience in the Marketing/PR related field. You are currently handling Marketing Function in Retail/Media Space. Along with strong business acumen; you have excellent communication and writing skills. You are a strong personality and a confident individual with a flair for a client facing role.
