Desired Skills & Experience:
- Will be responsible for ideating, conceptualizing and & running digital and offline marketing strategies to acquire customers in the most cost-effective manner
- Will continuously balance CPA and ROI across various campaigns to deliver the most optimized outcomes across disciplines such as SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, ATL& BTL and Affiliate Marketing
- Will build and execute Smart content & collateral strategies for blogs, social media channels, video networks, newsletters, emails, and other engagement channels
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, you will work multiple external and internal partners and agencies towards realizing business marketing goals
Who should apply for this post?
- Previously, led a marketing role in a Retail finance, Retail consumer company and has built and executed major campaigns from the ground up. Rural experience is welcome
- Has an MBA with over 10 years of experience and have honed his/ her skills with experience across different aspects of marketing both offline as well as digital marketing functions such as: search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, media planning & arbitrage, analytics/e-commerce funnel management, social media, and more.
- Previous experience in generating Organic leads though customer management and community building across platforms
- Understands web technologies in depth (Cookies, HTML, JavaScript, A/B testing, etc.) with some Google certifications (preferred)
- Leverages data driven insights and optimizing marketing spends and are very hands on, proactive and manage in a matrix environment (can execute and manage campaigns)
- Passionate about building a brand in the retail /consumer space
