Job Summary /Purpose :
- Co-ordination with all retailers and agencies
- Planning, Budgeting, Execution, Advertising, Community relations, Public relations and Sponsorship.
- Mall Launch and sustenance of marketing activities

Responsibilities Activity
Occupant Delight
- Co-ordinate with all retailers, internal team & agencies/vendor
- To analyze retailers’ performance month on month
- To facilitate individual retailers events and activities towards marketing program
- To facilitate retailers SOH request
- Ensure that all requisite permissions are given in time for the above facilitation
- Compile monthly ‘retailers’ feedback’
Patrons Delight
- Ensure Patrons mall touch points connect and conveys the essence of customer experience that differentiates as a unique offering.
- Front of the house to be visually appealing and add to the customers’ experience. Including: signages,
events, activities etc.
- To make sure help-desks manned at all time with quality information and interaction is as per International mall standard
- Collect customer feedback and analyze gap in service
- To research consumer behavior in the catchment and work towards increasing foot falls.
- To track foot falls and vehicle inflow pattern
- To implement mall loyalty plan
Agency / Vendor management
- Ensure that the day to day functioning of all requisite agencies for marketing, soft services, are always delivered within the time promised with quality
- Ensure agencies adhere to agreed SLAs
- Update and renewal of all agency contracts for requisite services obtained
- Ensure all statutory licenses & compliances are met
- Ensure adequate revenue are met and deliverables are met by the agency staff
Events and activities & SOH
- Buzz is in the air with respect to Mall event and activities
- Retailer events and activities are coordinated for seamless and timely execution
- SOH revenue is budgeted and monthly targets met
Digital Media/Online Marketing
To work closely with the agency towards driving effectiveness of online medium
- Search Engine Optimization – Onsite and offline
- Social Media Marketing
- Online reputation management
Creative Design
To work with the agency in freezing the creative design for the following medium
- Newspaper design layouts & Brochure/leaflets
- Magazine design layouts – Full page / double spread
- Campaign specific design layouts
- Hoarding, Gantry Shop front and on site layouts
- Back drop & Kiosk design
- Newsletter design and layout
- Posters, POP & CALENDARS – A4 size
Marketing plan campaign
- Prepare Annual Marketing plan/Calendar
- Prepare Annual Marketing budget
- ROI based marketing campaign
- The theme based ATL and BTL activities ideation and execution
- Foot fall analysis
- Retailer sales performance analysis
General
- Marketing launch plan in three phases, viz:-
1) Pre-launch 2) Launch Plan 3) Post Launch sustenance
- AUDIO AND VIDEO Scripting
- To popularize Mall Gift voucher
- PR liaisoning
- Mall News Letter
Experience – 5 to 6 years in Marketing field
Qualification– Graduation in Marketing, MBA preferred
