As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing brand strategies and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media and other marketing channels.
What you will do:
- Planning and executing marketing programs and campaigns successfully. This includes strategy planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion and advertising
- Analysing competitor brands, shopping behaviours and consumer trends
- Creating and maintaining brand budgets
- Setting up the annual brand calendar, coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables
- Representing the company at various online and offline events like product launches, trade shows and conventions
- Measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs
- Coordinating with vendors and distributors to get input on product design and implementation
Desired Candidate Profile
What you must have:
- MBA with specialization in Marketing from a tier 1/tier 2 college
- 3-5 yrs of marketing experience in consumer Brands (FMCG, consumer healthcare, durables etc)
- Knowledge about market research, analytics, and consumer behavior
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- Solid understanding of project management techniques
- Problem solver and a creative thinker
