Online Marketing Strategy
Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on the sales funnel (web, mobile)
Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing quality traffic on mobile app, mobile site and desktop through incisive Online Marketing programs.
Ensure consistent and effective online interventions in the conversion funnel brand across all mobile and online platforms on a day to day basis.
Delivering an excellent customer experience by improving the quality level of integrated online presence (cross device) and ensure a consistent approach to app, mobile site and website website campaigns.
Establish metrics, reporting, processes and benchmarks to measure performance and gather insights on new ideas to test.
Mine data and use analytics to help build products/experiments and propositions that will help plug consumer need gaps in the e-commerce space & move offline customer & product segments online.
Relevance Marketing, Analytics & Technology Based Marketing
Growth hacking
Overall management of pay-per- click strategies including P & L responsibility
Own reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities and overall online marketing ROI.

Basic Qualifications
12+ years of total marketing experience with 7 - 8 Years experience in Online Marketing
Direct Hands On experience of running large performance marketing programs (search, mobile app marketing, remarketing on all devices, programmatic).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like SEM, Meta Search, Programmatic, Mobile, deep Linking, cross device tracking, Remarketing and Display.
Strong Experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy
Comfort with marketing technology interface and abreast of latest mobile technologies
Must be someone who is really excited by a challenge. Need someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere
Must be a skilled leader who creates an inspiring vision, who communicates the vision well, and who leads by example through mentoring and coaching a high performing young team
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proven track record of recruiting and selecting top performers and empowering them to contribute fully.
Proven experience of owning and managing P&L
Qualifications:-
Masters from premier B School, eCommerce (transaction focused) background preferred
Education :-MBA or Equivalent
