Marketing Manager - Mandated by one of Leading Medical devices and simulation based organization with presence across globe is looking for a Marketing Manager to manage its India business and will be based out of Mumbai office. Brief Description : - Develop a clear understanding of the Indian market, country specific market conditions and healthcare systems - Collaborate on the creation of strategic and tactical marketing implementation plans - Lead new product launches - Support sales managers to successfully implement strategies and tactics on a country level - Ensure the effective implementation of key product segments in consistency with the company's objectives and strategies - Lead Advertising, Brand Building for the company. - Develop competitive product and pricing analyses - Develop sales support tools and training material to support the local European sales teams - Gain expertise in relevant products, procedures and clinical trends - Monitor competitor products and their positioning - Understand customer and patient needs, by actively visiting and meeting with clinicians - Develop a Marketing communication plan - Lead and coach the new Product Implementation team - Collaborate closely with our Sales, Clinical Development and Training Teams Candidate Specifications : 1. Ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in Marketing for Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, Healthcare Industries. 2. MBA from a Tier 1 institute. 3. Proven pedigree in managing global reporting.
