Drive Market Share

- Formulate and present local marketing objectives specifying the Brands - long term strategy.

- Develop and implement local marketing calendar

- Assist in the timely development and execution of marketing program and provides regular feedback to Marketing Manager, including seasonal new product launches and product re-promotes sampling, special events and merchandising programs within specified categories in accordance with global Brand guidelines.

- Work to achieve planned mix of business in all major products categories - working with business managers to understand category analysis

- Assists Marketing Manager in managing marketing activities associated with new door and market launches.

- Works closely with marketing manager on marketing presentations

- Assists in determining discontinuations and price increase recommendations for existing products and price for new products.

- Uses key reports and tracking's to analyze key data

- Works to maintain accurate and regularly updated list of products on phase out/discontinued

Merchandising Plan

- Responsible for action Plans in place for new door openings.

- Work in close co-ordination with the Store Design Manager in order to improve store layouts in a consumer friendly & impactful manner

- Coordinate the distribution and movement of existing display materials and open service locators.

- Ensure equipment and collateral are ordered by distributors/retailers and that optimum stock levels are maintained (in conjunction with SEM- s).

- Preparation of merchandising dossiers for all launches and promo activities (shelf merchandising guidelines; colour-studio and treatment tester stands update; announcements, banners light boxes, storytelling units and local merchandising units) including respective codes.

- Preparation of photo-reports of launches, promo activities and counter openings.

- Collaborate with Marketing team and store design to forecast for new tester stands/updates for related programs.

- Monitor, track & coordinate VM collaterals shipment.

- Look for new ways of improving in-store presence by collating feedback related to VM from store.

- Manage all locator orders for the region ensuring sufficient stock of the same in every market

- Responsible for timely forecast of all merchandise related collateral through IMW/IMD in line with budget and market requirements

- Implementation and use of VM software designing locally relevant planograms as per individual counter needs

- Spends time in the field ensuring proper implementation of merchandising guidelines

Brand Building

- Assist Marketing Manager in ensuring that the brand image and position is maintained properly in accordance with corporate standards through regular reviews with Marketing Manager / field visits and through creation of local collateral

- Liaising with regional/ global team in regards to the ME websites. Working with region / NY on monthly brand and product information updates and refreshes.

- Works closely with digital and corporate media team to ensure that digital activities support brand building and drive reputation and drive the digital revolution of the brand through social media platforms and any potential new platforms.

- Manage a competitor analysis on a regular and consistent basis; competitor support in store, launches, advertising.

- Manage locally relevant 360 launch plan

- Ensures all activities being rolled out are in line with the existing Brand Positioning

- Localizes where possible marketing materials to ensure relevance and suitability.

- Work with corporate media team on CRM launch for the brand

Financial

- Reviews P and L on a monthly basis with the marketing & brand team and manage marketing budget of her lines along with the marketing manager.

- Works with business managers to understand category analysis and impact of newness and basic business.

- Drives pricing strategy through regular and consistent reviews and plans; working alongside the business management team

Customers

- Assist Marketing Manager in supervising new product launch strategy. Ensure presentation to field force and retailers on timely basis.

- Build relationships with key customers to receive in store data and research

- Monitor, evaluate, and follow up on field execution.

- Conducts post launch evaluation analysis of major programs and reported findings to Marketing Manager.

- Coordinate with consumer communications to gather feedback from customers

- Conducts regular store visits to monitor brand activity versus competitor, roll out of marketing campaigns and to understand top doors

- Engage with consumers in the store and document feedback

CSR

- Seek locally relevant CSR initiatives

- Rolling out of CSR activities across various touch points
