Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

This role will play a key part in shaping the company's marketing strategy, managing campaigns across channels, and delivering measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building powerful brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content platforms.

- Manage brand positioning, ensure consistency across all channels, and enhance market presence.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to develop go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.

- Conduct market research, analyze trends and competitor insights to identify new opportunities.

- Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, etc.) to drive engagement and lead generation.

- Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution and events.

- Organize and execute offline events, webinars, and trade shows as required.

- Lead and mentor a team of junior marketers (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ of progressive experience in B2B/B2C marketing, preferably in technology, IT, SaaS, or digital services.

- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and strategies SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Automation tools, etc.

- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and track measurable outcomes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.

- Solid understanding of branding, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.

- Experience with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar.

- Strong project management and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

- Exposure to performance marketing, paid ads, and demand generation.

- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.

- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc., is a plus
