Marketing Manager - Insulation Solutions - Buildings Segment - Manufacturing Firm

Position: Marketing Manager - Insulation Solutions for Buildings Segment (Leading Manufacturing Co)

Role :

- To ensure growth of the Company's Insulation Solutions in the Building Solutions Segment pan India

- Analyse the market potential and leverage opportunities in the market by drawing up sales & marketing strategy

- Responsible for market mapping, product management, segmentation & developing market penetration strategies for the segment

- Responsible for working together with a team Sales & Specification Managers and teams to develop business in the given segment

- Provide training and coaching to sales teams as well as installation associates

- Work closely with key customers - consultants, end customers in building specifications in order to offer solutions

- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors

- Develop or implement technical solutions/calculation tools etc. for providing thermal efficiency/acoustic solutions to customers.

- Work with Architects, Warehouse developers, Textile companies, EPC companies, Drywall contractors, PMC, Acoustic consultants, and Key PEB, Textile and Interior contracting companies and installers to achieve overall objective of the business.

- Drive marketing activities including website dev, brochures, expos etc.

Requirements :

- Engineer with a MBA in Sales and Marketing

- 5- 8 yrs of experience in Product Management/Marketing in the Building Materials/Insulation Segments

- Basic understanding of PEB and insulation products/systems

- Strong in data / digital / analytics

- Experience in working on Thermal or Energy Management solutions
