Qualification: A degree / diploma in mechanical, civil, environmental engineering or related discipline. Those with post-graduate qualification in Sales/Marketing or Business Management from IIMs or IIT or extensive experience in membrane / filtration field preferred

Job Description:

Marketing Manager Profile:

Role

- Conduct market sizing and identify client targets in large industrial EPC companies (e.g. Worley Parsons, Jason, Hyundai Engineering, Black & Veatch etc) active in different industries (esp industrial chemicals, petrochemicals, mining etc)

- Consolidate intel and customer feedback reports from BD team globally, to

- Report to senior management market trends, threats and opportunities

- Work with R&D in defining, improving and bringing to market new products

- Develop messaging, sales literature, promotional programmes

- Enforce business practices and discipline especially in customer feedback and intel reporting

- Lead enhanced e-marketing through SEO, online networks etc

- Assess per marketing dollar effectiveness in bringing in sales, for all region operations

Requirements

- Must have pro-active, results-focused, can-do and team-playing attitude

- Proven track record of new programme development and e-marketing innovation with 2-4 years of industrial product marketing

- Candidates currently working in or who have proven strong working relations with the aforementioned class of industrial EPCs preferred.

- A degree / diploma in mechanical, civil, environmental engineering or related discipline. Those with post-graduate qualification in Sales/Marketing or Business Management or extensive experience in membrane / filtration field preferred
