We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a Leading Hospitality group. This leading resort chain, with a widespread presence across India, has garnered top ratings across various platforms. Job Profile:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications plans aligned with business objectives, encompassing both short-term tactical initiatives and long-term brand positioning.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and uphold brand standards across all marketing and communications channels, ensuring alignment with the company's values and vision. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine the brand identity and maintain a strong brand image that resonates with target audiences.
- Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across online and offline channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, PR initiatives, and events for prospective guests and existing members.
- Product Development & Management: Conceptualize, develop, launch, and manage new products in alliance with business plans, launch timely across platforms and analyse results.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, photos, and interactive experiences, to enhance members, customer engagement and storytelling.
- Partnership Development: Identify strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, online travel platforms, media outlets, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the resort group's reach and attract new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (7-10 years) in marketing semi-leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on resorts or luxury hotels.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape in the Indian market.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing and communications strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders and craft compelling brand narratives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, PR tools, and analytics tools.
