Job Objective:
- To manage activations, promotions, branding, monitor & implement brand guidelines, to act as source of market/consumer information.
- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns at branch level and analyzing the campaign effectiveness.
- To plan on-ground promotional activities by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements.
- To evaluate on-ground marketing campaigns and prepare activity reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with HO marketing; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- To manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. Liaising with printers.
- To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- To manage & monitor the brand guidelines every aspect, reporting lapses on brand elements in cabs & other required areas.
- To monitor competitor activity, collect competition data, market trends, new product information.
- Analyse competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- To support the marketing HO at branch level.
- To liaise and building relationships. Externally, this could be with customers and suppliers. Internally this could mean different related and supporting departments.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Key Deliverables:
- Proposing & executing branch promotions
- Manage inventory, distribution & implementation of branding/market collaterals
- Relationship Building with event & activation agencies/local vendors

- Good Knowledge of geographical locations, residential & corporate localities of the city & nearby cities
- Good Knowledge of Local Languages i.e. Read, write and Speak Local Languages.
- Good Knowledge of MS office: Powerpoint, Excel, word
