Job Title/Designation: Marketing Manager

Calendar Planning - Develop and design the annual brand marketing plan and a detailed monthly calendar to support the AOP. Oversee and assist in implementation of the marketing plans and monthly calendars.

Marketing Strategy - Taking brand ownership and devising the brand & marketing strategy, with a multi-channel approach in-line with the brand positioning

Budget Planning & Management - Prepare and manage the annual marketing budgets with month-wise, campaign-wise and channel-wise allocation; and a monthly marketing MIS to understand budget vs expense

Agency & Team Management - Supervise and manage all agency partners for strategy, planning, execution and performance. Set KPIs and build a high-performance team of internal resources and external agencies to achieve revenue goals and efficiency improvement.

Cross-functional Communication - Lead internal discussions with culinary, operations, bar, business teams for their necessary inputs and support for timely implementation of marketing campaigns. Drive alignment with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

Performance & Growth Marketing - Devise the approach and implement effective, ROI-driven digital marketing, growth/ performance marketing campaigns for direct and measurable business growth.

Design & Collateral - Lead creative development of all design, marketing collateral to ensure effective design, in-line with brand identity and positioning with effective messaging and design communication

Social Media Management - Maintain and improve social media presence with trending formats, moment marketing, and visual and written content in-line with brand positioning

Brand Assets & Shoots - Maintain, build and optimize a rich brand assets bank with fresh, innovative, on-trend content formats, photo shoots, video shoots, press releases, brand decks, website, etc

PR & Influencer Marketing - Craft and deploy influencer campaigns, PR and experiential marketing tactics aligned with broader marketing strategy

E-Commerce Marketing - Strategy and alignment for a robust e-commerce performance plan on delivery aggregators and owned platforms with offers, CPC, visibility, hygiene

Database & CRM - Oversee database management, customer feedback reports, NPS, CSAT scores. Drive automated direct marketing campaigns with available CRM tools and engaging content.

Analytics - Measure and analyse performance and ROI for each marketing channel and campaign to study results against business goals
