Job Description - Reporting to the Marketing Director and handling a team of Product and Senior Product Managers, your core responsibilities will entail:

- Ensuring top line and profitability

- Promotion of brand, Planning and developing marketing strategies

- Initiating and executing activities for prelaunch & Launch plans

- Reviewing sales performance and cost parameters, identifying areas of improvement and providing feedback

- Coaching and developing team members and ensuring retention

- Providing timely feedback to the employee on performance

The Successful Candidate - You are a BPharm/Science graduate with MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management. You should have at least 8 years of experience in Product Management. You should have at least 4 years of experience in Cardio Diabetes portfolio. You should have worked for an MNC for at least 6 years. You are an influential leader with exceptional people management skills. Experience of growing within the same organization will be preferred.
