Functional Area: Should have handled marketing activities for B2B products and solutions.

Job Description:

- Market Segmentation and Targeting

Marketing plan as per different market segments and businesses

Maximise the reach and untapped markets/clients.

Market scanning and identifying potential business partners

Devising strategy for 5 P's of marketing

- Lead Management

Administration of the KAM portal

Participating and generating queries through exhibitions

Lead management from digital, synergy and other platforms

Lead generation from innovative mediums

- Digital Assets including website

Manage all the digital assets like website, content and subscriptions

Manage associations with trade partners and ecommerce portals

Maximise lead generation and conversion ratio

- Products and Pricing

Competition analysis and study on upcoming technologies and products

Comparative study with our products and pricing

Devise Pricing strategy to meet business needs

Focus on the right product mix offering

- CRM and Training Program

Relationship management with targeted segments

Training the sales team on Features, advantages and benefits of all products.

- Branding and communication

Designing product catalogue

Creating corporate profile of the Products and Solutions

Designing e-mailers

Advertisements through magazines

Design and release articles in trade magazines

- Digital Marketing

Develop content, track lead generator,

Host catalog on B2B portals and generate leads

- Distributor management

Designing the distributor kit and incentive schemes

Conducting distributor meets and promoting products

- Exhibitions

Participating and generating queries through exhibitions

- News bulletin

Designing and publishing internal news bulletin

- Clubs and Conferences

Organise clubs - national and international for high performers - setting norms, administration and execution

Conferences - plan and organise the conferences as per business requirement
