Marketing Manager/Growth Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to build and maintain profitable relationships

- Sound understanding of financial products and services

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Professional certification in sales or relationship management is a plus

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
