About the Organization - The organization is a joint venture between two leading market players: one, a global trading arm of a leading group and another, one of the world’s leading marketers of branded casual, active lifestyle, work, outdoor sport, athletic, children’s and uniform footwear and apparel.

Position Title: Manager - Marketing

Reports to: Head - Marketing

Objectives:

- Manage all brand communication & roll out plans for the TIWBL portfolio of brands.

- Brands: premium lifestyle & premium outdoor

Primary duties:

- Develop, execute & manage all brand communication & roll out plans for the CAT & Merrell brands

- Supports the development of annual plans/calendars for the Marketing department

- Support & Partner with the Marketing Head to manage the ecosystem of external brand & creative partners & agencies

- Ensure that all communication is brand right.

- Work closely with the Global team and ensure that all CAT Inc. & Merrell guidelines and approval process is adhered to.

- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, and execution of action plans

- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Position requirements:

- Post graduate/MBA in Marketing & Communication

- Atleast 7-8 years of work experience in a Brand Marketing team.

- Is inclined towards building and managing brands

- Excellent oral/ written communication skills and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office and PC applications

- Ability to interact with all levels of management, employees and the general public.
