Marketing Manager - FMCG/Retail

Urgent requirement for Marketing Manager with a leading FMCG based in Delhi/NCR. Looking for a seasoned professional with 10 yrs + experience in marketing and brand building. Preferably from FMCG / RETAIL.

- Define the target audience for the assigned Product Group. Establish needs and evolve brand propositions to address these. Make plans to build the brand equity with the target consumer in terms of brand recall, preference and loyalty.

- Manage the output and schedule of new product initiatives and promotions WITHIN the limits of corporate strategy WITH THE OBJECTIVE of increasing market share, building gross margins and driving innovation both in product as well as propositions in the assigned product category
