Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in ATL with a focus on TV
- Previous experience handling a team
- Worked on developing and launching brand/portfolio budget
- Conceptualize and ensure timely execution of the Brand Marketing Calendar with a focus on all above the line communication
- Prepare annual and quarterly budgets for all Offline Marketing campaigns
- Design and manage all brand communication focused for all offline activities
- Creative and Media Buying agency management
- Regular Consumer Research and Immersions to ensure Brand is moving as per agreed parameters
- Monitoring Competition activities and making necessary interventions
