We are currently looking for a MARKETING MANAGER for one of the Largest Foods and Beverages Conglomerates in India.

Candidate Profile Required:

- MBA only from a Premier B School most preferably from IIMA / NMIMS/ MICA/ Welingkar ,etc

- 4 – 6 years of hands on experience in Marketing & Brand Management in a top FMCG company. Foods / Beverages background with be a big plus.

- Solid understanding of consumers, Market & Competition, Brand Launch, Strong Marketing background, Effective and efficient project management, Managing multiple priorities, etc.

Job Profile:

To manage the entire portfolio of brands and to develop growth strategies. The entire Brand team reports into this position.

1. Establish the strategic roadmap for the brands and hence set objectives

2. Develop new initiatives and innovations for the brand to aid increased purchase and consumption

3. Operationalize the planned strategy with innovative plans in-line with agreed priorities to maximize product incidence, product volume & profit

4. Principal Responsibilities:

- Increase in Awareness, Availability & Preference

- Increase in consumption intent

- Planning and Managing budgets

- Consumer Promos & Brand Promos

Behavioral Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good Negotiation skills.

- High energy levels.

Salary : Best in the FMCG Industry

Location : Mumbai
