Position :-Marketing Manager

Reports to : Regional Marketing Director

Location:- Gurgaon

Our Client is a leading FMCG Multinational with presence over 200 countries.

In a nutshell, the Marketing Manager drives the growth of a portfolio of brands through the co-ordination of growth strategy projects, and the achievement of objectives like innovation, brand equity, entry models, and expansion and growth models. The role holder interfaces with the Global Marketing Development team and Global Category teams.

Responsibilities Include

- Develop, prioritize and lead all marketing initiatives for the portfolio of brands;

- Day to day management of all brands related innovation and new business initiative projects;

- Direct management of portfolio budget ensuring adequate funding of those projects required to meet the targets;

- Lead the implementation of defined NPD projects working with the Marketing team;

- Develop best commercial practices for respective brand portfolio regarding innovation, positioning, product, placement, price, copy, media, packaging, promotion;

- Active participation in the development and implementation of best practices across the portfolio regarding entry and growth models;

- Support the Marketing Director in reviewing and approving copy, product and packaging changes for major launches and re-launches;

Ideal Profile

- 9 – 12 years of work experience

- MBA from a premier B school and should possess experience of working across Sales and Brand Management
