- P & L responsibility for the business group

- ATL & BTL campaigns , Advertising and Market research

- Planning and development of business strategy

- Aligning the regional sales team and global product team in line with business strategy objectives

- Product portfolio management in line with consumer needs and competitive trends

- Evaluation of “Profit Optimization Processes” localization / fiscal advantages etc.

- Continuous Evaluation of new sales channels and managing existing sales channel growth viz. dealer / distributor / b2b / modern retail stores

- Planning and implementation of National campaigns

- Evaluate market opportunities for existing product categories and track consumer trends for new product developments

- Evaluation of supply chain plan and forecasting to safeguard against obsolescence and technology change impact
