- Continuous Evaluation of new sales channels and managing existing sales channel growth viz. dealer / distributor / b2b / modern retail stores
- Planning and implementation of National campaigns
- Evaluate market opportunities for existing product categories and track consumer trends for new product developments
- Evaluation of supply chain plan and forecasting to safeguard against obsolescence and technology change impact
