Marketing Manager-HTLC (Hindustan Times Media Group)- 28 Centres across Delhi NCR-Study Mate and English Mate
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is passionate about building brands that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to nurture and build brand(s) that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Your goal will be to increase demand of the product to drive sustainable growth. You will be the one responsible for the planning and executing all promotional campaigns - large scale corporate initiatives as well as routine center catchment initiatives to maximize consumer appeal, and drive sales.
Incumbent must have extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment. They must have full comprehension of both marketing and sales principles. Exceptional communication skills are also key for marketing managers.
Role Requirement:
- Gain a deep understanding of consumer and customer needs, competition scenario, and provide input to product team fill in current product gaps, generate new ideas, product pricing and positioning strategies that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Develop Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Lead Funnels to meet the business targets.
- Plan and Execute along with Sales and Operations Team in-organic Lead Gen channels such as Referrals, Activations at aggregate points of TG in the Catchment, POS and Catchment Branding to deliver the required lead funnel to meet target sales.
- Work with internal and external design teams to develop all communication elements for ATL and catchment level presence as well as sales support collaterals for existing and new products.
- Work with Digital teams to ensure an optimal presence on all relevant digital platforms, monitor SLAs, KPIs and ROI of all digital initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate with various vendors for High Quality, Optimal Cost and Timely Delivery of various marketing collaterals.
- Plan and execute initiatives to engage with prospects, current consumers including lapsers.
- Analyze various business KPIs - Lead Funnel, Sales, Average Yield Per Consumer etc. and provide relevant insights and action plan for future.
- Maintain Marketing Budgets for the Brand.
Skill Requirement
- Masters in Marketing or a related field from a premium B-School.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in marketing with a proven track record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
