Marketing Manager - eCommerce - IIM/ISB

We were looking for hardcore Marketing Guy who have experience in Brand Management (ATL,BTL), Online Marketing, Business Development.

Job Location : Ahmedabad (Handle entire Gujarat Region)

MBA from a premier institute (IIM,ISB,MICA etc.)

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement current and future operational marketing plans in accordance with agreed budgets and guidelines.

- Communicate these to all relevant departments (Corporate Communications, Product, Mobile, Customer Support, Analytics teams) to obtain the highest benefit from the marketing plans, internally and externally.

- Supporting the achievement of the regional brand & category growth targets and defined objectives: Market share, penetration/ loyalty/ and competition based indexes etc., as relevant.

- Working closely with the agency, providing direction and requirements during the creative process for the region.

- Commission researches; quantitative & qualitative

- Maintain a creative library

- Making relevant reports and presentations for the region

- To lead the ideation & execution of specific, tactical projects to induce buzz & virality for the brand in the region

- Initiate and execute local relevant BD tie-ups

- Create locally relevant marketing events/on ground activations/outreach programmes

Qualifications:

- MBA from a premier institute

- 2-5 years of Brand Management experience in FMCG/Consumer Durable/Telecom sector

- Executed successful ATL/BTL campaigns in the relevant state

- Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.

- Understanding of digital & online marketing is necessary. Experience is welcome.

- Self starter, with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- You’ll demonstrate financial and commercial acumen when identifying business issues/opportunities

- An interest and passion for entrepreneurship is critical. We want you to think outside the box
