- We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative, and energized individual to own the online marketing strategy and execution for ecommerce company.

The Senior Online Marketing Manager will design, plan, and execute our online marketing and demand generation initiatives. You must be able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and creative
ideas with data-driven decision making. Effective leadership and communication across groups is essential to lead successful cross-departmental efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Own the online demand generation performance - including visitors, lead conversion and win conversions for the sales solutions business unit. Optimizing the overall experience to maximize results.

- Expert and digital marketing thought leader focused on utilizing a portfolio of online marketing tactics such as SEM, SEO, Display Ads,

- Retargeting, Content Marketing, and others to maximize performance.

- Coordinate with Sales Development on defining the best leads and ensuring proper follow-up.

- Ongoing optimization of performance all web pages & forms through ongoing testing.

- Constant evaluation of new opportunities to generate traffic to our online properties, and maximize conversion rates on those properties.

- Create and optimize successful campaigns based on data analysis, best practices and understanding of prospect and customer feedback.

- Accurate and efficient reporting on results to management team and to support performance optimization tactics

- Testing – executing ongoing testing to optimize performance

- Perform website analysis including keyword research and mapping, copy, link structure, site architecture and page elements

- Work with web development, as needed, to prioritize new projects to extend the online marketing infrastructure.

- Stay abreast of changes in the online marketing and optimization environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjust business plans accordingly

Essential Requisite-

- At least 1- 5 years of hands-on online marketing (website, landing pages, SEM, SEO) experience with a focus on demand generation

- Experience with ownership of the online marketing demand generation performance – visitors, conversion to leads, and conversion to sales

- Expert knowledge of online marketing tactics such as SEM, SEO, Ads, Content Marketing, and Retargeting

- Deep experience in optimizing websites and web properties for demand generation

- Expert in online analytics and reporting utilizing Google Analytics or other tools to create actionable analytics for evaluating activities and making data-drive decisions

- Working knowledge of: graphic design, web interface design, multimedia, and website development

- Experience in creating and executing multi-channel campaign

- Excellent communication, writing and editing skills

- Background in leading global online marketing efforts.

- Exceptional analytical skills including proven ability to develop clean test and control, and identify/diagnose problems and find solutions through data analysis.

- Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmen keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy

- Work on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously

- Ability to lead across departments to ensure projects are properly prioritized and executed by other groups

- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to “turn on a dime”, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines

Expertise in -

- Domain Analysis and Registrations.

- Working closely with WDs for fixing site navigation and creating SEO friendly WebPages.

- Creating Google and Yahoo sitemaps and generating robots.txt

- Using Webmaster Tools [Google, Yahoo and Social media].

- Search Engine Optimization [On-page and Off-page] to Static and Dynamic Websites.

- Search Engine Marketing [Pay Per Click and Affiliate Marketing].

- Maintain Keyword Positions in Yahoo, Google and Facebook.

- Social Media Optimization and Social Media Marketing [SMO and SMM].

- Generating Website Traffic Reports, weekly and monthly from Web Analytics Tools.

- Generating Online Leads through various methods.

- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest SE algorithms, rules,techniques and trends.
