Marketing Manager - eCommerce

Designation: Marketing Manager (Candidates only from Tier 1 College should apply)

Reporting to: Marketing Head

Location: Delhi

Responsibilities:

- Focus on generating quality demand for the branch as agreed in monthly planning meetings; Review effectiveness of each vehicle & refine in a timely manner

- Own online & offline marketing initiatives for the branch

- Recommend pricing for the branch based on market requirements and feedback from branch stakeholders

- Drive initiatives to increase number of repeat customers & engagement

- Deliver flawless execution in spend management & analyze spends for the branch

- Manage BTL activities & work with vendors to ensure good execution for tactical activities

- Work with all stakeholders of the branch & engage to understand how to market better; Own customer experience across the lifecycle; Communicate all marketing activities to help other teams plan better

- Work with product & technical teams to enhance customer experience

Experience:

1 - 2 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry

Education :

- Any Graduate

- MBA from a tier 1 management college [specialization 'Marketing' is preferred]

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics - Marketing Manager:

- Strong effective communicator

- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills

- Self-driven and highly motivated

- Ability to lead in an environment of constant change

- Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company

- Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment. Structured or large company experience will not work here

- Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including written communication, market research, event execution, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication, software products and creative services.
