Position Title : Manager - Marketing

Business Group : Digital Channels

Location : Mumbai

These are world class electronic channels for banking services and are

- the most preferred choices for customers to bank with us

- the most preferred online payment options

Key deliverable:

- Develop viable propositions and implement communication plans for key products and new launches in collaboration with product managers

- Drive acquisition, sales and retention strategies for transactors through online marketing channels, which may include banner advertising, search, affiliates, comparison-shopping, email, social marketing, etc.

- Identify, propose & develop new opportunities to drive growth in online and mobile transactions through innovative marketing practices and programs

- Work with partners and colleagues for co-marketing or funded marketing opportunities - build proposals, campaigns, etc.

- Have a good handle on transaction numbers and drive its value and volume in comparison to the competition

Key skills:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience with minimum 2-3 years of online/digital marketing experience, with success in ROI oriented programs

- Focus on generating new ideas and innovative consumer marketing approaches

- Practical application of customer targeting techniques

- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities

- Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others

- Understanding of technology related to online/digital marketing

- Passion for consumer eCommerce
