Designation of the post - Marketing Manager (DIAMONDS)

- Desired Qualification - MBA/Graduation with relevant experience in retail marketing. preferably in Diamonds Industry

- Years of Experience - 5 to 10 yrs exp in retail industry( prefer minimum 3 yrs in Diamonds industry)

- Salary range - Negotiable

Job Specification.:

- Handle Core Marketing activities both ATL & BTL for Diamond business, (Brand Marketing, Direct Marketing, Advertising Sales etc.)

- Supervision of the marketing programs organized by the company from time to time

- Learn the competitor's strategy and initiate new marketing strategies to counter it

- Perform other duties as assigned by the management

- Providing solutions to all brand related activities

- Preparing different reports on Daily, Weekly and monthly basis.

- Providing training to Directors, Marketing managers, Sales staff etc.

- Co-ordinate with showrooms regarding sale of different brands

- Develop sales forecast

- Provide solutions to all queries related to different brands

- Assist in certification process of different brands

- Ensure there is enough stock in showrooms of different brands

- Co-ordinate with MGM and showrooms regarding stock related with various brands

- Co-ordinate with Mega trade for complementary items related with different brands

- Supervision of display of different brands

- Conduct competitors survey related to different brands

- Assist in developing new brands

- Co-ordinate with Visual Merchandiser regarding branded ornaments

- Determine Customer needs and wants

- Conduct qualitative assessments

- Conduct customer interview

- Develop and implement market surveys

- Predict customer purchasing behaviour

- Monitor changes in market or customer expectations

- Determine weaknesses of product/ service offerings

- Identify new innovations that are meeting customer needs

- Identify specific target customers and their needs

- Age limit - 28 to 35 yrs

Location - Calicut, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai.
