The Pidilite team is looking for an experienced, results-driven marketing manager to execute on branding and marketing of their new range of Pidilite-branded dental consumable products. The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, show strong ownership and commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrate great content creation skills, and brings relevant insights in marketing and sales. Our Marketing Manager will be an experienced person who can increase awareness and discovery of our Pidilite branded dental consumable products leading to customer adoption, regular usage and retention.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing manager will have India responsibility for all commercial marketing activities, procedure marketing, portfolio management, sales support and marketing communications. He/she will provide strategic market direction and will work closely with all functional areas (including manufacturing, sales, regulatory, legal, and finance). The Marketing manager will provide leadership in product positioning, developing performance expectations, pursuing and monitoring customer satisfaction.
Illustrative responsibilities:
Develop and execute cross-category marketing strategies to help introduce customers to Pidilite portfolio
Create compelling content and marketing aids for Pidilite branded products to build credibility for our claims
Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, new product launches, trade show participation and other initiatives including conducting market research
Testing and measuring different approaches to engage dentists, and identifying those which drive the greatest increase in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth for our private label products
Establish and create a world-class interface (digital and physical) for Pidilite-branded dental consumable products delivering a thorough and intuitive user experience
Partner with Pidilite-branded dental consumables Professional Services team to meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience
Conducting in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improve programs and initiatives including CRM and SFA
Use varied methods such as product demos, videos, forums, and blogs to extend awareness of our products.
Partner with Sales Managers on category specific awareness initiatives; create standardized goals across individual categories and measure efficacy of marketing and sales efforts and customer satisfaction
Help define and develop tools for scale and automation and think big on ways to leverage technology and Social Media
Work extensively with Key opinion leaders and channel partners to generate demand and ensure high service levels.

The ideal candidate will have acquired specific skills and experiences as follows:
Possess 5 - 8 years of industry experience
At least 5+ years- experience marketing products or procedures.
Demonstrated track record of being a visionary leader who grasps market and technology opportunities quickly; provides the strategic and well-focused plan that results in measurable success better than market performance
Proven track record of strategy execution.
Exhibit a - hands-on,- high energy and assertive style complemented by a team player attitude; this person should be comfortable setting direction and coming up with the answers; does not require hand holding.
Should have Medical Devices Experience and Consumer brand experience is desirable.
High-energy leader; must possess the ability to get results by engaging and inspiring others. Proven ability to develop people and build a successful marketing organization.
Adept at working within environments of constant change. Comfortable working in a collegial and global environment in which very bright people communicate in a forthright manner.
Open, direct, with unquestioned integrity coupled with a sense of urgency.
