Marketing Manager - Corporate Banking - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Our client is a reputed Indian Private Sector Bank with a well established Corporate Banking franchise. We are looking for a Marketing professional to be part of the Corporate Banking team and be responsible for all Marketing initiatives based at Mumbai. The Bank has a dedicated centralised Marketing Team which focusses mainly on Consumer Banking. The key responsibility of the current incumbent shall be to ensure that marketing initiatives relating to the Corporate Bank are worked upon in close collaboration with the Central Marketing Team. The Key Job Responsibilities will include following :

1] Build a thorough understanding of the Corporate Banking business and the key deals being executed

2] Create a visibility for the Bank and its marquee deals through marketing initiatives

3] Build narrative and apply for nomination for awards relating to deals and business of Corporate Banking

4] Design and implement creative marketing strategies to disseminate information that helps in developing the Banks brand within Corporate Banking

5] Conducting in-depth research on marketing plans and deals of competing Banks vis-a-vis Corporate Banking to arrive at an ideal annual Marketing Plan

6] Developing content for Blogs, Articles, Deal Descriptions, Social Media as well as the Banks website with dedicated focus on Corporate Banking

Requirements :

1] Atleast 5-10 years of experience in Marketing preferably from a Tier 1 MBA institute / IIM

2] Exposure to above aspects - Prior experience in Banking is not necessary. Can even consider someone from a FMCG Background

3] Extremely good communication skills - Verbal and written

4] Ability to work directly with Business Head of Corporate Banking and drive the entire Marketing initiative independently
