The Role:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives.

- Craft compelling brand stories and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

- Manage all aspects of the brand's social media presence (planning, content creation, scheduling, community engagement, analytics).

- Collaborate with design and development teams to create high-quality social media content (including visuals, videos, and written content).

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.

- Track and analyze the performance of content and social media campaigns, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

- Manage and potentially delegate content creation tasks to freelance writers or content creators (if applicable).

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall brand strategy.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (e. , Sales, Product) to ensure brand consistency.

- 6-9 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an agency setting.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing and social media campaigns.

- Strong understanding of brand building principles and storytelling techniques.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management platforms.

- Proficiency in content creation (writing, editing, social media content) and content scheduling tools.

- Data-driven approach with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance.

- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- A passion for social media and a keen understanding of social media trends.
