Job Description - This position will be part of the organization's APAC marketing team and servicing the India business. They will work closely across the local and regional marketing teams, including digital, content, CRM and creative to make sure the service brands are being optimally positioned and promoted against competitor services and will proactively recommend and implement ongoing strategies to support the growth of market share and revenue

Description
- In this position, you will be working closely with India leadership team to understand the business priorities and develop appropriate digital marketing campaigns to be executed by a centralized marketing team based out of Singapore.
- Build strong business relationships to understand business objectives and delivering projects aligned to these objectives
- Communicate plans to the business to provide insight and recommendation as a subject matter expert and informed advisor to the business.
- Be the brand advocate, ensuring the service brand is consistently marketed across all channels and all channels are optimally used to promote brands.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, working in conjunction with other marketing teams, to increase brand awareness and differentiation
- Provide data-driven insights on how to optimise campaign activity
- Manage social media channels
- Work with an agency to oversee production of a rich and varied collection of content and manage a content calendar that features the right mix of discipline content, evergreen content, and hero content.
- Understand the service touch points and ensure highest levels of service delivery, and recommend service improvements
- Drive brand understanding and support throughout the organisation
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- A passion for using customer insights to develop campaigns that engage customers and meet business targets
- Strong organisational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the use of CRM tools such as Salesforce Cloud for developing lead generation strategies and driving email campaigns
- Experience in demand generation ROI and revenue targets including demonstrated proficiency with demand generation, including but not limited to webinars, email, web, account-based, content, and digital marketing.
- Awareness of key market-influencing topics across India, and an appetite to stay abreast of country specific themes and trends.
- Understanding of social media in relation to target audiences.
- Very outcomes focused, ideally with experience in both B2B and B2C services marketing.
