Non Vegetarian candidates Roles & Responsibilities :- Drive Brand in culture AGENDA across different regions of the country- Device custom marketing strategy for different markets [one every quarter] - Leverage Digital campaigns, proximity marketing [OOH, print], activation ideas, movie associations, brand collaborations and sponsorships, tie ups with regional celebs & influencers to drive sales and relevance
- Constant engagement with the creative & media agencies, franchise partners and on ground field teams
- Allocate and track marketing budget spend across regions and initiatives
NATIONAL AGENDA :- Design & lead the execution of national calendar X proximity marketing such as print, OOH, radio etc
NEW RESTAURANT EXPANSION :
- Develop marketing and activation ideas for new store launches in metro, tier 1/ 2 cities to drive brand buzz and sales
- Work on entry strategy for the brand in new markets
People management :- Creative agency and vendor management
- Managing various internal stakeholders: Operations, Finance, SCM
- Franchisee management
