Marketing Manager - Consumer Durable Major

- Developing the Annual Marketing Strategy as well as Advertising and Promotion plans and execute the marketing & branding strategy to improve market share and reach.

- Responsible for planning, execution and evaluation of brand plans through self and interfaces like advertisement and creative agencies, market research agencies, supply chain team, R&D and Sales Team.

- Understand consumers & markets for deriving and leveraging consumer insights.

- Undertake market research for obtaining feedback on various aspects of the brand and monitor as well as track the performance of brand based on specified criteria. Analyse Retail Audit data and take actions .

- Assist in the pricing and margin decisions of the brand.

- Support in Media Buying .
