We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a well-funded startup in the BFSI domain. They are backed by VCs with strong experience. They are looking to hire a smart Marketing Manager for their organization
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Managing all Marketing, Branding & Communication activities for the organization
- Managing Digital, Print and other marketing channels
- Manage BTL activations, sales promotions, events etc
- Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns
- Overseeing market research and analysis of the competition
- Brand development, Consumer intervention and PR
To qualify for this position you should:
- MBA from a Top B-School
- Have 5 to 10 years of exp in Marketing in a high growth environment
- Have good experience in managing ATL, BTL, Brand and communication activities
- Have experience in strategizing the marketing function
- Preferably have worked in a Consumer facing, B2C, C2C org (BFSI, FMCG, Retail, OTT, Travel etc)
- Experience in any startup would be a great advantage (though not compulsory)
- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
