Key Responsibilities

a. Understand customer behavior and plan campaigns to promote various products

b. Design and execute marketing campaigns & promotions

c. Drive traffic to various channels, including but not limited to - branches, online, and mobile.

d. Brief and liaise with agencies for creative development

e. Design and production of brand collateral like brochure, leaflets etc

f . Manage events

Skills Required:

- Focus on generating new ideas and innovative consumer marketing approaches

- Practical application of customer targeting techniques

- Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others

Looking for MBA's with 1-3 yrs of experience from premium Institutes.
