We are seeking a Marketing Manager for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform. This promising start-up is Series A funded and trusted by product companies around the globe.
Job Profile:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in global markets.
- Optimize and manage the entire marketing funnel to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Design and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and execute retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers and increase conversion rates.
- Oversee and improve the performance of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer data and track lead generation performance.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns including content marketing, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze key performance metrics and market trends to adjust marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Develop and oversee the creation of content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and product collateral.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS (product-based) marketing, with a focus on high-growth environments.
- Proven expertise in SEO strategy and execution, with a track record of increasing organic traffic and search rankings.
- Strong experience in funnel building and optimizing the customer journey to improve conversion rates.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Deep understanding of retargeting strategies and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence
stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives
simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM).
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and best practices.
- Experience managing global marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
- Understanding of competitive market dynamics in the SaaS and PaaS space.
