Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, incorporating ATL, BTL, and Digital marketing elements.
ATL Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing campaigns, including TV, radio, print, and out-of-home advertising.
BTL Campaigns:
- Create and manage Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns, including events, sponsorships, promotions, and experiential marketing.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Marketing Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Creative Content:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing content and assets that resonate with the target audience.
Vendor and Agency Management:
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including ATL specialists, BTL specialists, and Digital marketing experts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong background in FMCG, including juices, carbonated beverages, and herbal products.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
