The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote organization's automotive products. This role requires extensive experience in both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing, along with strong analytical skills to drive market growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning :

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass both ATL and BTL initiatives, aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, implement, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and experiential channels.

- Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results and return on investment.

Brand Management:

- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.


- Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and product guides.

Sales Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer engagement efforts.

- Provide training and support to sales staff on marketing initiatives and product features.

Digital Marketing:

- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO, social media, and online advertising.

- Utilize analytics tools to track and improve online performance and customer engagement.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns.

- Monitor expenses and report on financial performance related to marketing initiatives.

Customer Engagement:

- Foster relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and partners to gather insights and feedback. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, encouraging collaboration and innovation.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA with 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on ATL and BTL strategies, preferably in the automotive sector.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
