Experience in Trading comp. required. preferred in stainless steel.

Job Description:

- Conceptualize, plan and implement marketing strategy for the organization in line with the Business Strategy

- Experience in international tendering, submission and execution of tenders

- Well versed with bidding process

- Can handle suppliers and logistics

- Able to converse independently with the clients

- Detail oriented but with quick decision making.

- Can handle the teams. Excellent documentation skills

- Ability to develop and apply strategic planning processes and develop customer-focused action plans

- Develop pricing strategy analysis of Customer/Market Research, Current Market Conditions

- Influencing and negotiation skills and should have B2B experience.

- Effective oral and written communication skills and fluency in English presentable and confident

- Experience in working in a multi culture environment across various geographies.

People Management

- Manage the performance of the team set annual performance goals, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance in coordination with HR and Management.

- Identify their training and development needs and ensure their fulfillment

- Develop and mentor subordinates to move to the next higher level of job through career planning and develop a development chart

- Ensure compliance to Company policies and values. Coordinate with the HR for appraisals of the Marketing team.

Knowledge of French and other languages will be an added advantage.

Experience in trading company or stainless steel will be preferred.
