LOCATION:
- Assignments are primarily located in Gurgaon or Mumbai. Other opportunities may be available throughout India or internationally, depending on business needs and demonstrated skills. Positions would require domestic travel.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a participant in the Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) you would be an integral part of the company’s efforts to accelerate its market-driven innovation growth strategy. The company is looking for energetic, experienced marketing professionals with a passion to contribute to the brand’s growth.
- MLDP participants are marketing professionals who exhibit the potential to become the company’s future business leaders.
- As an MLDP participant, you will gain exposure to a variety of marketing and business functions through challenging assignments/ rotations in several business units of the organization.
- The program is designed as a three-year rotational experience where participants complete 2-3 assignments/ rotations in different functional positions in the company’s different businesses, lasting 12-18 months each. The idea is to develop and hone overall marketing and business management skills, preparing the MLDP participants to fast-track into leadership positions at the completion of the program.
- Assignments may include but are not limited to: Marketing Strategy and Execution, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing and Sales Effectiveness, Market Impact.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
- MBA from premier B school with an emphasis on marketing or corporate strategy
- 4-8 Years of market-oriented experience in Marketing/ Sales, Business Strategy, Business Development, Business Consulting with an FMCG Organization of repute.
- Superior grasp of the fundamentals of Marketing and Sales
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated leadership qualities
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing/verbal communication and presentation skills
