Marketing Lead - New Business Unit (Fintech)
Marketing lead is responsible for the brand development and marketing efforts of new business units within the group.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead creative, brand and digital marketing strategy and autonomously drive the year-round marketing calendar and mandate for new businesses unit.
- Be the SPOC for marketing, collaborate with cross-pod/external agencies to develop & execute plans
- Lead creative & content development across assets
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Devise innovative growth strategies via continuous A/b with measurable impact
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics
- Working closely with marketing team and marketing technology resources to execute campaigns for generating traffic & leads
- Coordinating regularly with the Partner Networks to ensure growth in Digital Landscape
- Identifying new partner networks which can generate Qualified Leads
- Ensuring Customer Retention & Repeat Purchase from existing leads via Re-marketing & Marketing Automation Campaigns
- Managing analyst relations program, ensure regular engagement with key analysts and ensure coverage in relevant reports.
- Identifying the assets to support digital campaigns such as infographics, videos, podcasts, email, etc. and trending topics to base content
- Ensuring up-to-date, grammatically & syntactically correct and contextually relevant content & collaterals optimised for SEO.
- Ensuring that digital guidelines & compliances are followed in all online initiatives and track results.
- Ensuring weekly & monthly reports of marketing campaign's performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and knowledge sources for working on all content and lead generation activities.
Capabilities we are looking for:
- Should be a hustler, to navigate the course of the marketing roadmap; experience with fintech/ digital company is a must.
- 5 years' experience in marketing, good knowledge about lending business, fintech industry.
- A solid grounding in marketing with particular skills required in strategy, content/advertising development and digital
- Strong Analytical skills & proven record in translating consumer and customer insight into effective growth drivers
- Commercial & project management experience, to ensure that recommended marketing plans are successfully implemented in the market
- A highly analytical bent of mind.
- Self-starter with a passion for independent and creative problem-solving.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high work pressure environment.
