Marketing Lead - Multi Locational- Food/QSR industry
The person must have a deep understanding of store level performance & ways to increase awareness and sales at store level-
1.Know store wise Target vs Achievement at store levels
2.Know the key items menu mix/upselling items or not etc
3.Correcting store level problems that can be solved through
a.Communication of offers
b.Store level BTL visibility and activities
c.Sales push activity - hyper local activity
4.Look at boosting sales of store through Bulk Orders/Corporate Tie Ups
5.Have enough of visibility and branding around the store - so that immediate catchment area is aware of the store.
6. Grow contacts and develop relationship to get newer events and profitable associations in terms of events and branding. - KEEP PLACEMENT OF BRAND IN HIGH
TRAFFIC - HIGH IMPACT AND HIGHLY EFFECTIVE ZONES. Eventually leading to sake/Top of Mind Recall or BRAND VALUE.
7. Follow-up with existing event base and ensure team follows up and delivers in those events, association and opportunities.
8. Mall relations and extract maximum value - in terms of FOC, Events and Branding association - get stronger rate benefits media branding by MALLS and newer. avenues - ALSO HARBOR AND ENSURE ALL OLD EVENTS ARE PART OF OUR KITTY
