Marketing/Category Lead/Entrepreneur - FMCG
Key Responsibilities :
- Entrepreneurial talent with Marketing Management experience from top companies with good pedigree
- We are looking entrepreneurial Marketing professionals - these roles are very large Indian conglomerates and also emerging companies.
- Entrepreneurial in nature, this role owns delivery of all brand and business metrics for the chosen segment, and is expected to represent consumer voice in leadership decision making.
- Lead building of Annual Brand Strategy and Integrated Annual Brand/ Growth plans with Head of Marketing, India Business Leadership and Regional Marketing Leadership
- Develop the full scale new product launch project plan through a well-defined Stage & Gate process.
- Design & plan new product launches by regularly spotting market trends.
- Conduct timely reallocations for stores in order to increase business with right product mix.
- Plan the category, abiding by -sales target, stock target, and phasing Out, promotional Budget, Resource Planning.
- Develop strategic category vision, must win battle roadmap, own brand equity development and category goals delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, communicate with the cross-functional category teams at regular intervals, and highlight the impact of key activities on project delivery and success
Qualifications & Experience :
MBA / PGDM / PGP - From Premier B Schools 2010 to 2017 Batch, Having 7 to 12 year experience, Entrepreneurs who are looking to come back to Corporate assignments. who are on career break - who have worked with reputed organisations in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Durable / Paints/ Tyre/ Consumer Facing Businesses. These are challenging roles for metro and non-metro locations
