About our Client - Our client is an MNC firm in the online print on demand and mass customization space that has been in India for over 4 years and have grown exponentially over the course of time. Part of a group with over 5000 employees globally and global offices across the world, they are looking for highly motivated individual to drive this growth and deliver the breakthrough initiatives in the marketing domain.
Job Description - Working with the MD and the CMO, you will be responsible for at least 2 of the 3 below buckets :
- Product Marketing:
- Product positioning and sales development
- Business development by forging partnerships and market segmentation
- Market research and intelligence besides new product development
- Offline Marketing:
- Agency liaison besides media planning and strategy
- Strong analytical bend to dynamically measure and improve performance for ATL campaigns
- Responsible for driving traffic and transactions through efficient usage of TV, Print, OOH, Radio, Social and Online Campaigns
- Online Marketing:
- Delivering online channel revenues, including budget planning/allocation, and campaign performance besides managing external vendors
- Strong drive for analytics. Ensuring revenue and costs per acquisition are managed within allocated budgets, along with delivery of ROI by driving high-quality traffic and conversions.
The Successful Candidate - You will be a premier B school pass out with at least 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, online display experience or traditional marketing with revenue responsibility, preferably in an e-Commerce set up. You will possess a strong understanding of ground-level marketing principles and an understanding of Indian consumers. You will be data driven and results oriented and possess strong time management and interpersonal skills.
